Global Warming

Letní editorialy byly vždycky moje nejoblíbenější. Kdysi jsem si ukládala linky těch, co se mi líbily nejvíc. Bohužel ona internetová databáze se obnovovala, takže jsem o všechny přišla. I když jsem se fakt snažila, mnoho z nich jsem znovu nenašla. Nicméně, ten úžasný s Abbey Lee ano! :) Vybrala jsem i další úžasné, všechny z nich jsou focené na plážích. Co může být letnější, že ano?!

Summer editorials have always been my favorite. I used to save the links of those I liked the best. Unfortunatelly that internet database was renewed, so I´ve lost all the links. Even thought I tried really hard, I couldn´t find most of them again. However, the amazing editorial with Abbey Lee- I could! :) I´ve choosen some other great ones, all of them shooted on beaches. What can be more summerry, right ?!

Kdysi dávno, když jsem se začínala zajímat o high fashion, vévodila tehdejším modelkám Daria Werbowy, Kanaďanka s ukrajinskou národností narozená v Polsku. Poslední roky se modelingu moc nevěnuje, i když je momentálně tváří kampaní Céline, Isabel Marant a několika dalších.

Potom jsem narazila na tento editorial s Avou Smith (americkým "nováčkem"), která mi Dariu moc připomíná. Ó, kde je královně Darie konec... Faktem je, že Darie je 30 a i když byla jednou z nejlépe placených modelek na počátku nového milénia, nikdy se neřadila mezi "supermodelky".

A lond time ago, when I started being into the high fashion, the dominant of the models back then was Daria Werbowy, Canadian with Ukrainian citizenship born in Poland. The last few years she isn´t modelling that much at all, even though she´s the face of campaigns for Céline or Isabel Marant.

I´ve seen this editorial with Ava Smith (American "newcomer) who´s reminding me of Daria so much here. Oh, where are you, Queen Daria... The fact is that Daria is 30 years old now, and even thought she was one of the best paid models at the beginning of 2000´s, she never was a "supermodel".
